Prevention is the goal. Many dental problems, and expensive procedures, can be avoided with regular checkups and at-home daily care. Preventative dentistry includes check-ups every six months with an examination, annual x-rays, and a thorough cleaning. 

We can also help teach our patients proper hygiene at home such as twice-daily brushing and flossing, the most effective dental products on the market, and food to be avoided.
